Job Title: Technical Supervisor – Telematics

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Telematics & IoT Installation Supervisor to manage and coordinate field installation teams across KSA. The role involves overseeing daily installation activities, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high standards in AVL, IoT, and cold chain (cold store) deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage AVL/IoT installation teams across multiple regions in KSA
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily installation and maintenance jobs
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of installation projects, including fleet and cold store deployments
• Oversee installations related to vehicle tracking systems and IoT-based cold chain monitoring solutions
• Monitor team productivity, quality of work, and adherence to SLAs
• Coordinate with operations, support, and inventory teams for smooth execution
• Handle field escalations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-ground support
• Ensure compliance with installation standards, safety procedures, and client requirements
• Maintain accurate reporting of daily activities, installations, and project progress

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AVL (GPS tracking) and fleet management systems
• Hands-on experience with IoT devices and deployments, especially in cold chain / cold store environments
• Good understanding of:
• CANbus integration
• Immobilizers
• Fuel, temperature, and other IoT sensors
• Cold storage monitoring systems (temperature, humidity, alerts)
• Ability to guide technicians on proper installation methods and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with telematics platforms and IoT data monitoring systems

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in supervising AVL / telematics / IoT installation teams
• Experience in fleet management and/or cold chain monitoring solutions is highly preferred
• Strong coordination and project execution skills
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Good understanding of inventory and asset management
